Job description

As an Admin Assistant at Cohome SG Pte Ltd, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day‑to‑day operations of our growing company. This is a full‑time position based in 55 Ubi Ave 1. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, helping to ensure the smooth running of the office.

What you'll be doing
  • Handling general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, preparing invoices and tenancy agreements, and document management
  • Providing support for scheduling and coordinating viewing for tenants, property maintenance, client moving in and out arrangement
  • Assisting with the preparation of tenancy agreements with landlords, invoicing, and other business documents
  • Serving as the first point of contact for incoming inquiries, whether by phone, email, or in person
  • Collaborating with vendors and clients to support various projects and initiatives
  • Maintaining each apartment maintenance supplies and inventory, and placing orders as needed
  • Performing marketing functions such as social media posting to acquire clients
What we're looking for
  • 1‑2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
