A marine services company in Singapore is looking for an Administrative Support professional to assist in day-to-day operations, serve as client liaison, and coordinate various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have a minimum NITEC qualification and the ability to maintain confidentiality. This role is critical for effective operational continuity and client satisfaction.
Provide administrative support to the Manager in handling day-to-day operations, including document organization, filing, maintaining records etc
Serve as the primary liaison for clients to ensure that clients' queries and requirements are met
Coordinate collection and delivery arrangements with clients through email, messages, calls
Collaborate with the technical department to schedule and allocate manpower
Maintain and update project databases to ensure accurate and current information
Monitor and follow up on workflow processes within the administration department
Issue delivery orders, packing lists, invoices and reports, and ensure timely distribution of these documents
Ability to work effectively in situations requiring confidentiality and adaptability
Provide support to team members
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Manager
