Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for data entry in system.
  • Managing records of new products and updating inventories.
  • Coordinate order fulfilment by working closely with delivery and warehouse.
  • Responding to customer’s order enquiries and complaints.
  • Assist in data reports preparation.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by admin supervisor.

We are looking for a Admin Assistant to be a part of our growing and dynamic organisation. The individual’s key role would be to support the business requirements and goals.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Responsible for data entry in system
  • Managing records of new products and updating of inventories on online platforms
  • Coordinate and facilitate order fulfilment, order picking and packing by working closely with delivery and warehouse team to ensure all orders are delivered in a timely manner
  • Responding to customer’s order enquires, exchanges, refunds, or complaints promptly
  • Assist in data reports preparation
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by admin supervisor
Job Requirements
  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level, and above
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Has initiative and a positive learning attitude

Working Hours: 5.5 Days work week, Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm, Saturday 9am-2pm
