Job summary

A local employment agency in Singapore is seeking an Administrative Officer to assist with recruitment matters, manage work passes, and handle customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of HR or EA experience and must have attained MOM CEI certification. Strong MS Office skills and a good attitude are essential for success in this role. The position offers a competitive salary and incentives.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the directors in daily recruitment matters.
  • Manage online work passes application, issuance, renewal, and appeals.
  • Advertise for job openings and perform preliminary screening.
  • Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, WeChat, etc.
  • Follow-up on invoicing and payments.
  • Quote, issue, and renew clients' insurance policies.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
