About the role

Are you a highly organised and efficient administrative professional seeking an exciting opportunity with a dynamic legal practice? Kelvin Chia Partnership is seeking an exceptional Admin Assistant to join our team in the Maritime Square office in the Central Region. This is a full-time role that will see you providing vital administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the firm.

What you'll be doing
  1. Providing comprehensive administrative support to the firm.
  2. Handling incoming phone calls, faxes and clients/visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  3. Manning mailroom.
  4. Ordering office stationery as well as pantry items and managing inventories.
  5. Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Management.
What we're looking for
  1. Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar administrative role.
  2. Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
