Issuance and Tracking of Fuel Cards & Car Keys
- Issue and track fuel cards to drivers, ensuring accurate records of usage.
- Distribute car keys to drivers and maintain a log of issued keys.
- Monitor fuel card balances and report any discrepancies or issues to the management.
Issuing of Parts to Mechanics & Job Card Posting
- Issue necessary parts to mechanics and ensure accurate records are kept.
- Post job cards into the system, ensuring that work performed and parts used are properly documented.
Ordering of Pantry Supplies and Stationery
- Manage the procurement of pantry supplies (e.g., snacks, beverages) and office stationery.
- Ensure that stock levels are maintained and place orders as necessary to avoid shortages.
Inventory Management and Updates
- Regularly update and maintain accurate records of inventory levels in the company’s system.
- Ensure proper stock control procedures are followed, and inventory discrepancies are promptly reported.
Breakdown Reports and Other Reporting
- Generate and update breakdown reports related to vehicle performance and other operational matters.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports for management review.
Administrative Support
- Assist with general office tasks, filing, and document management as required.
- Support team members with ad-hoc administrative duties to ensure smooth daily operations.
Job requirements
- GCE ‘O’ level and above
- Minimum 2 years of relevant administrative experience
