Overview

TMS Alliances Pte Ltd is hiring a Full time Admin Assistant role in Changi, Singapore. Apply now to be part of our team.

Responsibilities

Specific:

  • Covered receptionist role if needed.
  • Sourcing & procurement of insurance policies & bonds for new & extended projects.
  • Assist in updating the Integrated Management System (IMS) for internal and external audits.
  • BCA workhead & licenses renewals.
  • Covered ordering & preparing monthly Fruits Day role if needed.
  • Update EPO system upon receipt of new Letter of Award and user/s.
  • Prepare, follow up and update of Deed of Warranty on time.
  • Assist in SP & EMA licenses application and maintain records.
  • Maintain, update, monitor and assist in obtaining quotation for project insurances and equipment & machinery insurances, and others insurance.
  • Maintain, update, monitor and assist in obtaining quotation and claims for work injury compensation and hospital & surgical insurances.
  • Processing of project insurance claims (injury, damages etc).
  • Maintain & updating of project master list.

General:

  • Handle administrative related matters within the Company.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Safety:

  • Follow the Company safety procedures, rules and regulations and eliminate or reduce hazard at the work place.
Job Requirements

(A) Education, Qualifications & Special Training :

  • “O” Level with credits in English and Mathematics or equivalent.
  • Job holder without the above qualification but with relevant experience would be considered.

(B) Knowledge & Skills :

  • Service oriented and good interpersonal skills.
  • Good working attitude, self-motivated and able to work independently.
