Administrative Assistant
Key Responsibilities
- Compute and verify workers’ monthly salaries.
 - Handle worker-related matters, including dormitory arrangements and updating residential details.
 - Manage entry pass applications and renewals.
 - Handle application, onboarding for new hire workers and renewal processes for foreign workers.
 - Assist in invoice processing and coordination with the Finance Department.
 - Manage incoming and outgoing communications (calls, emails, correspondence).
 - Maintain proper documentation and filing systems.
 - Perform general administrative and clerical support duties.
 - Liaise with dormitory operators, training providers, and other external parties.
 
Requirements
- GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
 - Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience.
 - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
 - Good communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
 - Able to work independently and as part of a team.
 
Other Info
- Working Location: Sembawang.
 - Working Hours: 5 working days, Monday-Friday (9am-6pm).
 - Salary Package: Salary will be commensurate with qualification and experience.

 - Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking staffs.
 - All training provided and sample guidance by seniors.
