An automotive services company in Singapore is looking for an Admin Assistant. The role involves preparing invoices, maintaining service records, and handling calls. Job Title: Admin Assistant
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
Location: Woodlands
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and issue invoices
Update and maintain car service records/cards
Handle document filing and data entry
Answer phone calls and attend to customer enquiries
Assist with daily administrative duties
Coordinate with technicians and suppliers when required
Requirements:
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office – Excel, Word)
Able to work independently and responsibly
Organized and detail-oriented
Good communication skills
Prior experience in workshop/admin role is an advantage
