A Singapore-based logistics company is seeking an individual to assist with inventory management and customer service. Responsibilities include managing stock, processing returns, and supporting ad-hoc tasks. Candidates should have 1-2 years of relevant experience and be ready to work from 9 am to 6 pm, with a 5-day workweek and alternate Saturdays.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or customer service.
  • Ability to handle returns and refunds efficiently.
  • Comfortable supporting various ad-hoc tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory and perform quality checks.
  • Handle customer inquiries and returns from the online platform.
  • Pack parcels during peak seasons and update stock quantities.

  • Provide support to any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Work requirements
  • 1-2 year experience
  • working hour: From 9am to 6pm
  • 5 days work and alternate sat only
  • Working area: Tannery road ( near to potong pasir mrt and geylang barhu mrt)
