Job summary
A Singapore-based logistics company is seeking an individual to assist with inventory management and customer service. Responsibilities include managing stock, processing returns, and supporting ad-hoc tasks. Candidates should have 1-2 years of relevant experience and be ready to work from 9 am to 6 pm, with a 5-day workweek and alternate Saturdays.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or customer service.
- Ability to handle returns and refunds efficiently.
- Comfortable supporting various ad-hoc tasks.
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory and perform quality checks.
- Handle customer inquiries and returns from the online platform.
- Pack parcels during peak seasons and update stock quantities.
