Job summary

A local company in Singapore is seeking an ADMIN ASSISTANT to handle data entry, filing, and record-keeping. The ideal candidate should be PC literate and have a keen attention to detail, particularly with numerical data. Proficiency in Chinese is required for liaising with clients. This position operates Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

  • Experience in payroll or commission structures is an advantage.
  • Must be comfortable working with figures.

ADMIN ASSISTANT (Only open to Singaporeans/PRs due to quota restrictions.)

Data entry, filing and record-keeping, answering phone calls and emails, assisting with office tasks as required and any ad-hoc duties.

PC literate (MS Excel).

High attention to detail, especially when handling numerical data.

Experience in payroll, commission structures, or sales incentive calculations is an advantage.

Must be comfortable working with figure.

Able to read Chinese characters and liaise with Chinese Speaking clients.

Mon - Fri 9am to 5pm.
