Job Responsibilities for Admin Assistant 1 (Account)
  • Prepare invoices
  • Follow up payment collections
  • Compile monthly accounts summary
  • Assist financial director on his daily work.
Job Responsibilities for Admin Assistant 2 (Operation support)
  • Prepare quotations and work report
  • Follow up with customer on Purchase Order
  • Compile complete set of documents for invoices
  • Update monthly summary using excels
Job Responsibilities for Admin Assistant 3 (Procurement and Costing)
  • Source potential vendors
  • Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers, negotiate price
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Review quality of purchased products
  • Update purchasing summary
  • Monitor costing for individual sites
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC in any field.
  • Required Skill(s): Proficient in Microsoft Excel
