Job summary

A local company in Singapore is seeking an administrative assistant to perform basic tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation. Responsibilities include managing inventory, replenishing office supplies, and maintaining records. The ideal candidate should be available to start immediately and work Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm.

Responsibilities

  • Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of workers.
  • Manage Inventory List.
  • Order and replenish office supplies including stationery, pantry, tools, materials and toiletry items.
  • Answer phone calls and attend to visitors.
  • Open incoming mail and attend to relevant department.
  • File documents systematically for easy retrieval and information flow.
  • Assist Superior with daily task.

Working Hour

Monday - Friday 9.00am - 6.00pm
