A leading marine technology firm in Singapore is seeking an administrative support professional to assist the Manager with daily operations and serve as a primary liaison for clients. Key responsibilities include document organization, coordination of deliveries, and maintaining project databases. Candidates should have at least NITEC qualifications. This role offers part-time hours every three weeks, with a focus on adaptability and confidentiality.
Provide administrative support to the Manager in handling day-to-day operations, including document organization, filing, maintaining records etc
Serve as the primary liaison for clients to ensure that clients' queries and requirements are met
Coordinate collection and delivery arrangements with clients through email, messages, calls
Collaborate with the technical department to schedule and allocate manpower
Maintain and update project databases to ensure accurate and current information
Monitor and follow up on workflow processes within the administration department
Issue delivery orders, packing lists, invoices and reports, and ensure timely distribution of these documents
Ability to work effectively in situations requiring confidentiality and adaptability
Provide support to team members
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Manager
