The Role

We are looking for a highly organised and reliable Administrative Assistant with basic bookkeeping skills to support our company’s day-to-day operations.
You’ll play an important role in ensuring our artistic and production teams run smoothly, helping manage administrative, financial, and logistical matters with care and precision.

Key Responsibilities


  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the management team

  • Maintain accurate company, project, and financial records

  • Manage documentation, filing, and data entry

  • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, including:

  • Recording and tracking expenses and payments

  • Issuing invoices and processing reimbursements

  • Reconciling accounts and preparing simple financial reports

  • Support logistics for meetings, rehearsals, and events

  • Assist with HR, grant, and compliance documentation

  • Liaise with external vendors, partners, and collaborators


Requirements


  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification

  • Prior experience in administration or bookkeeping preferred

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace

  • Basic knowledge of accounting software (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks, or Excel)

  • Excellent organisation, communication, and time management skills

  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a small team

  • Interest in the arts or non-profit sector a plus
