Job description
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the team to ensure smooth day-to-day activities.
  • Participate actively in administrative tasks related to system migration, including organizing and maintaining accurate records.
  • Support data entry tasks and ensure data integrity during the migration process.
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative support as required, ensuring smooth and efficient office and departmental operations.
  • Accurately key in work instructions, production records, and other operational data into the system.
  • Monitor project progress and update project schedules to ensure timely completion.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the management team.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday (5-day work week)
  • 8.30 am to 6.00 pm
