Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a candidate to manage documents related to order processing, coordinate with suppliers, and enter customer orders. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers. Interested candidates should prepare to work Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 6 pm. The salary range for this position is between $2,500 and $3,000.

Basic Information

  • Location: Kaki Bukit
Job Scope
  • Prepare and manage all necessary documents related to orders processing.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to place purchase requests and monitor the progress of deliveries.
  • Enter and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
  • Maintain communication with customers to provide updates on their orders and expected timelines.
  • Perform general administrative tasks and other ad-hoc duties as required.
