Position: Admin Assistant

Location: Bedok

Salary: 2500-3500

Working time: Mon to Fri 8am-5pm , Sat 8am-12pm

Working day: 5.5days (Alternate)

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative and sales support to customers and managers.
  • Handle customer enquiries, quotations, and correspondence.
  • Manage order processing and coordinate with internal departments on planning, delivery, quality, engineering, and registration matters.
  • Assist in preparing marketing materials and updating the corporate website.
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma in Business Administration or Engineering.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous, adaptable, and a good team player.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and AutoCAD 2D will be an advantage.
  • Salary will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
