Responsibilities
  • Handle administration duties for Condominium (Walking distance from Siglap MRT)
  • Provide administrative support
  • Perform a variety of ad-hoc tasks as assigned
  • Handling Phone Calls & Filling
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level/ Diploma
  • Can communicate in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking counterparts (an advantage)
  • Good attitude, Meticulous & able to work independently
  • Proficient in MS Word & Excel
  • Team player with pleasant disposition and excellent interpersonal & communication skill
  • Entry level are welcome
  • Required to work on half day (alternate Saturday)
