Job summary

A leading civil engineering company in Singapore seeks an administrative professional to assist in drafting quotations and preparing contracts for heavy equipment sales. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and knowledge of Singapore's employment laws and bidding processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, with additional knowledge of HRMS or ERP systems preferred.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Admin, preferably in automotive or construction industry.
  • Knowledge of LTA COE bidding and submission processes is a strong advantage.
  • Knowledge of Singapore employment laws, MOM regulations, CPF, and IRAS compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in drafting quotations for sales of heavy equipment.
  • Prepare standard sales and service contracts.
  • Submit COE bidding applications through ONE MOTORING (LTA) portal.
  • Ensure timely submission of permits, renewals, and compliance documents.
  • Keep up to date with relevant government regulations.

Job description

  • Submit COE bidding applications through ONE MOTORING (LTA) portal
  • Ensure timely submission of permits, renewals, and compliance documents (e.g., vehicle approval, importation licenses, etc.)
  • Keep up to date with relevant government regulations and ensure compliance
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Supervisor
Requirements:
