Job summary

A prominent educational institution in Singapore is looking for an Administration and Operations Assistant to support school operations. Responsibilities include administrative duties, student interaction, and procurement management. Candidates should possess 3 GCE ‘O’ Levels, experience in administration, and good Microsoft Office skills. The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task and work independently.

Job description
Position: Administration and Operations Assistant
Reporting To: Vice Principal

Direct Report: No direct report Job Role & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:
  • Work with the Operations Manager and the Administration Manager to support school operations
  • Perform general administrative duties
  • Meet and greet parents / students / visitors
  • Support procurement and inventory management of school resources including but not limited to teaching resources, stationery, kitchen supplies, stationery, uniforms and others school resources
  • Help organise and run Extra Curricular Activities programme
  • Assist in the management of student and school information
  • Help in school logistics and events as and when required
Job Requirements:
  • Possess 3 GCE ‘O’ Levels with at least a credit in English Language and a Second Language or relevant ITE qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in administrative skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Skills, especially MSWORD, MSPPT and MSEXCEL. Additional IT skills will be an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to multi-task and work independently
