Job Description
Recruitment & Staffing
  1. Build recruitment framework from scratch for factory set‑up.
  2. Manage recruitment channels, organize interviews and selection, and maintain a talent pool.
Employee Relations & Compliance
  1. Handle employment contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and confirmation procedures.
  2. Support in resolving employee relations issues and maintaining a positive work environment.
  3. Ensure compliance with Singapore labor laws and regulations.
Compensation & Benefits
  1. Assist in developing salary structure and benefits policies.
  2. Manage payroll, CPF contributions, and statutory requirements.
Training & Development
  1. Design and implement employee training programs to enhance skills and competencies.
  2. Support in establishing performance management systems.
Government & Administrative Affairs
  1. Assist with work pass applications and renewals.
  2. Liaise with government agencies to ensure compliance with employment regulations.
Others
  1. Support the Admin & HR Director in departmental management and ad‑hoc projects.
Requirements
