A leading HR consultancy in Singapore is seeking a skilled HR manager to build recruitment frameworks, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with local labor laws. This role requires a diploma or higher in HR or management and at least 2 years of HR management experience. Applicants should have strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and the ability to enhance work environments.
Location: West - Jalan Tukang (Boon Lay)
Working Days: Mon - Fri
Working Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm
Salary: $3800 - $4200
Reports to: Admin & HR Director
Build recruitment framework from scratch for factory set-up.
Manage recruitment channels, organize interviews and selection, and maintain a talent pool.
Handle employment contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and confirmation procedures.
Support in resolving employee relations issues and maintaining a positive work environment.
Ensure compliance with Singapore labor laws and regulations.
Assist in developing salary structure and benefits policies.
Manage payroll, CPF contributions, and statutory requirements.
Design and implement employee training programs to enhance skills and competencies.
Support in establishing performance management systems.
Assist with work pass applications and renewals.
Liaise with government agencies to ensure compliance with employment regulations.
Support the Admin & HR Director in departmental management and ad-hoc projects.
