Duties & Responsibilities

Position: Admin and Facilities Manager

We are seeking a motivated and resourceful individual to join our close-knit team in a senior administrative capacity. This role combines facilities management with administrative leadership, offering hands-on learning, structured guidance during the initial phase and the opportunity to take ownership of operations once confident.

Job requirements
  • Coordinate and oversee day-to-day facilities operations, including scheduling routine maintenance and arranging repairs or upgrades for Building Services.
  • Support staff and work closely with service providers (cleaning, landscaping, security, etc.) to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes, including managing security measures, access control, and emergency procedures.
  • Assist in planning space allocation, office set-ups, and renovation projects as needed.
  • Implement sustainability initiatives and energy efficiency measures, while keeping accurate records of facility operations, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Assist the Head of SRTC to prepare presentations, draft tender documents and manage clients’ requests on plantroom/workshop equipment usage and field devices installation along the test track, etc.
Profile of successful candidate
  • Diploma in Facility Management or Business Administration (experience in the maintenance or facilities industry would be an advantage).
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks.
  • Good knowledge of various electrical and mechanical systems for buildings and workshops, or a willingness to learn these technical aspects (on-the-job guidance will be provided during the initial stages).
  • Self-motivated, dependable and able to work independently after initial training while being part of a supportive team.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with staff, vendors, and clients.
Work Location

Staff will be located at Tuas (450 Jalan Ahmad Ibrahim Singapore 639932) and the working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM, with possible OT on Saturdays when needed, which is payable.
