A recruitment agency is looking for a candidate for a one-year contract role in Singapore focused on engaging with the public and managing queries related to school operations. Responsibilities include drafting replies to inquiries, conducting site visits, analyzing data, and preparing reports. Candidates should possess strong organizational and communication skills. The position requires working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with a monthly salary of $2580.
This position will start off as 1 year contract.

Draft clear, accurate and timely replies to enquiries and feedback from members of the public
Ensure responses are aligned with established policies and guidelines
Manage and respond to queries from stakeholders e.g. schools relating to school canteen operations and school bus services
Conduct site visits to schools to assess canteen operations and school bus services
Report on operational issues and work with relevant parties to troubleshoot problems
Document findings and recommendations from site visit
Assist in the planning, administration, and conduct of surveys
Compile survey responses and ensure proper documentation of findings
Perform data entry accurately and maintain databases and records
Analyse data and prepare summaries, reports and presentation materials for management’s review
Maintain proper filing of documents in accordance with record-keeping requirements
Ensure information is organised, updated and easily retrievable
Mondays to Fridays, 8.30am to 6pm
