Job summary

A consultancy firm in Singapore is looking for an experienced accounting professional to manage daily accounting entries, liaise with vendors, and maintain documentation. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience and possess an LCCI qualification or higher. Proficiency in MS Excel and knowledge of Xero accounting software are advantageous. This role requires the ability to work under minimal supervision and handle ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting entries (AP/AR, invoicing)
• Liaise with vendors and service providers for administrative or payment matters
• Maintain an update internal documentation, filling systems and office coordination.
• Payment’s preparations
• Update and safe keeping of the daily transaction records (sales, inventory, purchase, etc.)
• Any other ad-hoc matters

Job Requirements
