About the role

We are seeking a talented and organised Admin and Accounts Executive to join the team at Truwater Singapore Pte Ltd. This full-time role is based in the Pioneer West Region and will play a crucial part in supporting the company's accounting and administrative functions.

What you’ll be doing
  • Handling all bookkeeping and accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations

  • Providing administrative support, such as managing correspondence and maintaining office records

  • Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements

  • Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations

  • Collaborating with the wider team to streamline processes and improve efficiency

What we’re looking for
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar bookkeeping or accounting role, ideally within the Accounting industry

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, as well as proficiency in using accounting software

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
