Job Summary

The Project Administrative Executive provides comprehensive administrative and coordination support to the project team to ensure efficient project operations. This role involves document control, scheduling, procurement coordination, stakeholder liaison, and logistics support within an engineering or construction environment.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
  • Provide full administrative support to the project team, including preparation, maintenance, and control of project documentation, records, and reports.

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and site activities to support project timelines and deliverables.

  • Manage office administration matters, including procurement of office supplies, inventory control, and vendor coordination.

  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and operational flow.

  • Support project logistics, including coordination of air and sea shipments, documentation, and tracking.

  • Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required to support project and operational needs.

Job Requirements
  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification; Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.

  • At least 2 years of relevant administrative experience in the engineering or construction industry.

  • Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
