G C Piling Pte Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Admin and Account Assistant to join our team in the Choa Chu Kang North West Region on a part-time basis. In this crucial role, you will provide administrative and accounting support, contributing to the smooth operation of our company.

What you'll be doing
  • Providing general administrative assistance, including filing, data entry, and document preparation
  • Handling accounting tasks such as invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, and petty cash management
  • Liaising with clients and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate information flow
  • Assisting with the preparation of payroll system and arranging courses and data entry
  • Supporting the management team with various ad-hoc tasks as required
What we're looking for
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or accounting-focused role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and accounting software
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Sound understanding of accounting principles and administrative best practices
