Job summary

A leading manpower services provider in Singapore is looking for a proactive Admin & Accounts Executive to manage daily administrative and accounting operations in the liquor distribution industry. Responsibilities include processing sales orders, handling accounts payable and receivable, maintaining documentation, and ensuring GST compliance. Candidates should have a diploma in Accounting or related fields, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in Excel. This position offers a structured work environment with a focus on accuracy and detail.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the liquor trading or distribution industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting systems.
  • Knowledge of AR/AP processes, GST reporting, invoice financing, and claim submission.

Responsibilities

  • Process sales orders, invoices, and delivery documentation accurately and promptly.
  • Maintain filing and documentation of administrative and accounting records.
  • Handle general office administrative duties.
  • Liaise with departments, vendors, auditors, and authorities.
  • Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
  • Prepare and submit claims to brand owners.
