  • Working Location: Joo Chiat
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Monday-Friday, 9.00am - 6.00pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary
  • Duration: 3 Months Contract
Key Responsibilities
  • Handle AP/AR payments, bank updates, petty cash, and filing of invoices/receipts.
  • Support audits, trade finance, and government grant applications.
  • Provide HR admin support, including employee records, work pass updates, onboarding, and training coordination.
  • Maintain and update HR policies, employee handbook, and organisation chart.
  • Arrange travel, insurance renewals, and office-related purchases.
  • Coordinate with IT on systems, backups, equipment setup, and basic user support.
  • Ensure office HSE compliance, manage supplies, vendors, and general office maintenance.
  • Organise meetings, events, and name card/office stationery printing.
