Job description
Responsibilities
  1. Perform basic accounting functions such as prepare vouchers, payments for suppliers, staff claims etc
  2. Purchase office stationery and pantry items
  3. Perform general administrative duties, such as prepare contracts of new employees, update contact list, work related to work permit application for foreign employee.
  4. and other duties as and when assigned
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level
  • Minimum of 23years of relevant working experience
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Required Skill
  • MS Excel and MS Word
  • Ability to plan, organize and prioritize
  • Possess self-motivation and positive attitude
Working Hours
  • 8am to 6pm (Mon-Fri) 8am to 12noon (Alt Sat)
