We are seeking a reliable and highly organised Admin, Accounts & HR Executive to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to multitask effectively, and capable of handling administrative, accounting, and HR-related responsibilities with professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative Duties
  • Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Handle correspondence, phone calls, email inquiries, and document filing.
  • Assist in coordinating project documents and site-related administrative tasks.
Accounts Support
  • Assist in preparing invoices, purchase orders, quotations, and payment claims.
  • Update and maintain accounting records and data entry in the system.
  • Support month-end closing activities and financial reporting.
  • Manage petty cash, expense claims, and basic bookkeeping.
  • Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and clients regarding billing and payments.
Human Resource Duties
  • Assist with recruitment: job postings, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance tracking, and leave management.
  • Prepare HR documents such as contracts, warning letters, and confirmation letters.
  • Support monthly payroll processing.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and MOM regulations.
  • Apply and manage Work Permit (WP) and SPass applications through MOM systems (EP Online / myMOM Portal).
  • Handle pass renewals, cancellations, medical appointments, and follow-up for IPA issuance.
  • Coordinate training, certifications, and performance-related tasks.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, HR, or equivalent.
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in admin/accounts/HR.
