About Our Client:

Our client is the regional counterpart of a well-established Japanese brand with over 65 years of heritage in premium interior hardware design and manufacturing. The company specializes in premium ironmongery and sanitary accessories — designed with a focus on both form and function. Their products are widely specified in residential developments, luxury homes, hotels, and commercial buildings across the region. With a strong commitment to design excellence and durability, they deliver sophisticated solutions that enhance interior spaces.

They are seeking an Admin & Accounting Executive to manage daily accounting operations and general office administration. The role includes bookkeeping, monthly closing, invoicing, procurement, and coordination with Japan HQ.

This position suits someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating in both English and Japanese.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage office supplies, utilities, and maintenance contracts
  • Liaise with vendors, building management, and service providers
  • Handle company licenses, insurance, and statutory documents
  • Support HR and payroll operations (CPF submission, leave records, etc.)
  • Manage work pass and visa applications/renewals with MOM
  • Coordinate business trips, accommodation, and transportation arrangements
  • Provide general administrative support for daily operations
  • Perform daily journal entries and maintain accurate bookkeeping
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare vendor bills, payment vouchers, and bank reconciliations
  • Issue customer invoices and manage collections
  • Support monthly closing and financial reporting
  • Prepare GST returns and assist with IRAS submissions
  • Liaise with external accountants and auditors
  • Handle petty cash and staff expense reimbursements
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting and/or administration (Singapore experience preferred)
  • Knowledge of Singapore regulations (CPF, IRAS, GST, MOM, etc.)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (QuickBooks, Odoo, Xero, etc.)
  • Japanese nationality or Japanese language ability preferred
  • Good command of English (both written and spoken)
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work independently
Others:
  • Salary Range: S$4,500 – S$5,000 per month (based on experience)
  • Bonuses: AWS and variable performance bonus(1.5 - 2 months)
  • Working Hours: 5-day work week (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
