  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence promptly and professionally
  • Provide day-to-day IT support, including troubleshooting login issues and resolving minor technical problems
  • Coordinate with third-party IT vendors to ensure timely resolution of escalated issues and smooth delivery of IT services
