A leading automotive firm in Singapore is seeking an Admin Assistant to provide general office and administrative support. You will process orders, handle customer inquiries, manage HR tasks, and prepare reports. Proficiency in Chinese and English is required, and experience in the automotive sector is preferred. The Admin Assistant is responsible for providing general office and administrative support to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Process orders by generating quotations, delivery orders (DO), and invoices.
• Handle staff and customer inquiries/issues.
• Perform ad-hoc HR duties as assigned.
• Manage general administration and coordination duties.
• Prepare sales and stock reports and perform data entry.
• Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments and issues, including monthly Statements of Account (SOA).
• Update and report on the status of service equipment.
• Liaise with external parties such as consumers and suppliers.
• Support sales and technical staff with job orders.
• Proficiency in Chinese and English is required; additional languages are a bonus.
• Experience working in an automotive firm is an advantage.
