Job description
Core Duties & Responsibilities
  • Performs basic accounting and administrative tasks to support a finance department, including data entry, bookkeeping, processing invoices, and managing accounts payable and receivable.
  • Providing clerical and organizational support, handling correspondence, and maintaining files and databases.
  • Handle, process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc).
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (timesheets, absences, bonus, leaves, etc).
  • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
  • Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the management.
Skills, Experience Competencies Required
  • Proven experience as an Admin/Accounts Assistant, Staff Assistant or relevant human resources/administrative/accounts position.
  • Possess Diploma/Degree in Accountancy, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or relevant field of study.
  • Preferably with 2 years’ relevant working experience.
  • Basic knowledge of labour laws.
  • Proficient in MS Office skills.
  • Good team player with a good work attitude.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
