Core Duties & Responsibilities
- Performs basic accounting and administrative tasks to support a finance department, including data entry, bookkeeping, processing invoices, and managing accounts payable and receivable.
- Providing clerical and organizational support, handling correspondence, and maintaining files and databases.
- Handle, process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc).
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (timesheets, absences, bonus, leaves, etc).
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
- Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database.
- Any other duties as assigned by the management.
Skills, Experience Competencies Required
- Proven experience as an Admin/Accounts Assistant, Staff Assistant or relevant human resources/administrative/accounts position.
- Possess Diploma/Degree in Accountancy, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or relevant field of study.
- Preferably with 2 years’ relevant working experience.
- Basic knowledge of labour laws.
- Proficient in MS Office skills.
- Good team player with a good work attitude.
