Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and partners in a warm and professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accurately
  • Manage front desk operations, including handling mail, deliveries, and courier arrangements
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area at all times
  • Assist with meeting room scheduling, setup, and general coordination
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
