Job summary

Qualifications

• Relevant academic qualifications in Business, Banking, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Business Technology or a related field.
• At least three years of relevant industry experience; prior teaching or facilitation experience is advantageous.
• Ability to translate professional experience into practical learning and to engage diverse learners.

Responsibilities

• Deliver scheduled lessons and facilitate learning for PET and CET students.
• Prepare for classes using the approved curriculum and adapt delivery to learner needs.
• Facilitate hands-on activities, case discussions and problem-based learning with industry examples.
• Assess student work, provide timely feedback and complete grading and admin within timelines.
• Provide consultation and learning support to students for the assigned module.
• Contribute industry insights to review lesson materials and assessments when required.
• Comply with RP's academic, assessment and administrative requirements.
