Responsibilities

• Support blended learning journey forour learners to achieve superior learning experience and successful skills outcome.
• Be a subject matter expert andmentor students throughout their learning journey
• LearningDelivery and Operations Management – Execute eduCLaaS’ courses in accordancewith its well-defined learning delivery, learning operations and learningtechnology policies and procedures in order to achieve best results in learnersatisfaction.
• FinancialManagement – Responsible to execute the various cohorts/programmes with time,budget and P&L. Leverage the use of data analytics to analyse theprofitability of the programmes.

Technical Skills and Competencies

• Extensive experience in ProgrammeManagement
• Well versed in Education/Universityframeworks
• Good skills in Financial and RiskManagement
• Good understanding of EducationalTechnology and its implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Proven experience as a facilitator,speaker, or coach.

Working knowledge of the following:

• Soundfoundation and advanced level understanding of R Programming, SQL, Python,Machine Learning, AI, Spark, Statistics
• Pythonbase packages as Numpy, Pandas, Scikit learn, Seaborn & MatplotLib
• Experienceusing business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau,PowerBI) and data frameworks(e.g. Hadoop, Spark)
• AzureMachine Learning knowledge especially with data and ML stack is a plus
• Highproficiency with standard database skills (e.g., SQL), data preparation,cleaning, and wrangling/munging.
