Advanced Manufacturing Tech Solutions PTE. LTD. (AMTSOL) in Tuas, Singapore is seeking a C&Q Execution Lead Engineer to own field execution of defined C&Q scopes from Mechanical Completion through commissioning, qualification and handover.

You will lead a team of C&Q engineers and coordinate with EPCM contractors and equipment vendors to meet schedule, safety and compliance targets. The role requires extensive C&Q experience on capital projects, strong cGMP knowledge, and the ability to drive

Qualifications

Extensive C&Q experience in the systems under responsibility.
Hands-on CQV field execution on capital projects.
Experience across upstream and downstream systems, media/buffer preparation, CIP/SIP.
Strong cGMP background and risk-based validation knowledge.
Experience leading/co-ordinating C&Q teams (10–15 people).
Ability to deliver against tight project deadlines.

Responsibilities

Execute the defined C&Q scope for an allocated system or area, leading a team of C&Q engineers and delivering against schedule, safety and compliance targets.
Deliver CQV execution in line with the Commissioning & Qualification Execution Plan and SOPs.
Act as the owner’s representative for C&Q scope performed by EPCM contractors and equipment vendors.
Support planning and execution of overseas-supplied packages.
Oversee commissioning through to handover, including pre-FAT and FAT activities.
Witness installation, pre-commissioning tests and MC walkdowns.
Lead commissioning prep: LOTO, RAMS, PSSR, permit-to-work processes.
Coordinate field execution and reporting at planner meetings; escalate issues.
