Job summary

Google Asia Pacific PTE. LTD. is seeking a Product Deployment Engineer within gTech to serve as the regional service authority for a specific product area.

You will translate customer needs into scalable product strategies and high-quality specifications addressing complex business challenges. You will collaborate with cross-functional gTech teams to deliver bundled services and ensure seamless customer outcomes, guiding engagements with Sales and Engineering to maximize ROI and customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in technical project management, stakeholder management, professional services, solution engineering, or technical consulting.
• Experience in system design or reading code (e.g., Java, C++, Python).
• Ability to communicate in English and Urdu fluently to communicate with and serve Urdu speaking customers.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and Engagement Managers to understand customer marketing objectives, infrastructure and first-party data management strategy, and pain points.
• Lead technical assessment/consultation sessions to uncover opportunities where bespoke solutions are required, ensuring solutions respect industry-specific data constraints and business cycles.
• Translate complex customer requirements into clear technical specifications and solution designs, considering scalability, reusability, and best practices as well as a clear path to media activation.
• Act as a trusted product advisor to customers and internal teams, providing expert guidance on available services within the product area as well as technical guidance to overcoming complex challenges.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional gTech teams (e.g., Engineering teams, Solution Experts, Measurement Experts) to orchestrate bundled service delivery and ensure seamless customer outcomes.
