Job summary

Bodynits in Singapore seeks a design-focused professional to craft activewear, sportswear, and performance apparel aligned with brand identity and market trends. You will develop seasonal concepts, mood boards, color palettes, fabric directions, and storytelling for products.

Using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, you will create technical sketches, specs, and design packs for sampling and production, collaborating with merchandising, product development, and production to ensure feasibility,

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, Textile Design or related field.
• 1–3 years experience in activewear / sportswear / lingerie / athleisure design preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and garment design software.

Responsibilities

• Design activewear, sportswear, and performance apparel in line with Bodynits brand identity and market trends.
• Develop seasonal design concepts, mood boards, color palettes, fabric direction, and product stories.
• Create detailed technical sketches, specifications, and design packs for sampling and production.
• Work closely with merchandising, product development, and production teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with timelines.
• Source and select fabrics, trims, and accessories with performance attributes.
• Review samples, conduct fittings, and refine designs for target quality and fit.
• Monitor market trends and consumer preferences to propose innovative design ideas.
• Ensure designs meet Bodynits’ standards in functionality, comfort, sustainability, and cost.
• Support client presentations and private-label or custom design projects.
• Maintain accurate design documentation and data updates for internal systems.
