Job summary

A global facilities management firm in Singapore is seeking a dedicated technician to oversee building systems, perform inspections, and ensure safety standards are met. The ideal candidate will possess a Class 3 Licence and have at least 2 years of experience in ACMV systems. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, following the company's dress code for professionalism.

Qualifications

• Possess Class 3 Licence.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in ACMV related fields.
• Comply with the company's Uniform Dress Code and maintain a neat appearance.

Responsibilities

• Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment for unsafe conditions.
• Conduct preventative maintenance tasks.
• Ensure timely rescue of residents when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment for unsafe or malfunctioning conditions, preventative maintenance, etc.
• Chilled Water ACMV Systems (Chillers, AHUs, FCUs)
• VRV ACMV Systems
• Mechanical Fans
• Building Management Systems (BMS)
• Lifts & Escalators
• Medical Gas Systems
• Water & Ejector Pumps, Stormwater Pumps
• Motorized Valves
• Pneumatic Systems (Air Compressors, Blowers)
• Adhere to the Rescue SOP
• Ensure that the residents are rescued in a timely manner
• Complete all required Safety Training as scheduled annually

Requirements

• Possess Class 3 Licence
• SEC(k) in ACMV related fields at least 2 years of relevant experience
• Positive attitude
• Able to work independently and together as a team
• Comply with the company's Uniform Dress Code while working and maintain a neat and clean appearance while on the property at times other than working hours.
