Job Description

• Work safely in accordance with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate, supervise, and perform building facility maintenance and rectification works.
• Liaise with suppliers and term contractors for regular and ad-hoc maintenance activities.
• Conduct routine checks on air-conditioning, electrical, fire protection, plumbing, and other building systems to ensure proper operation.
• Identify potential issues and highlight them proactively to the Supervisor or Manager.
• Respond to user requests, alarms, and fault reports in a timely manner.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for building facilities and service systems.
• Carry out necessary mitigation measures to ensure safety, isolate faults, and resume operations effectively.
• Troubleshoot and rectify maintenance issues related to ACMV and mechanical systems.

Job Requirements

• Nitec / Higher Nitec in Building Services, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Possess technical knowledge of chillers, ACMV equipment, BMS/BAS, and electrical systems.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as an ACMV or mechanical technician (or in a similar role).
• Familiar with building maintenance practices and safety procedures.
• Well-organized with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive, independent, and able to work under minimal supervision and pressure.
