Job summary

IntelliPro in Singapore is seeking a Project Site Engineer specialising in ACMV systems to supervise installation, testing and commissioning, ensuring adherence to design, safety and quality standards on site.

This hands‑on role bridges design and execution, requiring coordination with contractors, the design team and other trades. You will maintain site records, monitor progress against schedules and support commissioning through to handover.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of site engineering experience in ACMV installation and commissioning.
• Strong knowledge of air conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specs.
• Experience with project management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate ACMV system installation on site.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks for progress and deviations.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and design team to resolve issues.
• Manage project documentation including site reports and commissioning records.
• Oversee testing and commissioning prior to handover.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations on site.
• Coordinate with other trades for seamless integration of systems.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate status to management and clients.
• Maintain records of materials, equipment and labour costs.
• Support project planning and scheduling to ensure timely completion.
