The role involves designing ACMV and BMS, ensuring compliance with local specifications, and participating in technical meetings. Candidates must hold a Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a PE certification, with over 10 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and BIM is essential.

Responsibilities

• Design ACMV and BMS systems and shop drawings.
• Ensure compliance with local requirements and project specifications.

• Review materials and drawings from subcontractors.

Job description

Responsibilities

Mainly responsible for the design of ACMV and BMS, as well as the shopdrawings. Possessing rich experience in design and shopdrawings

Familiar with local requirements and technical specifications in Singapore, proposing optimized design schemes, reviewing the design drawings provided by the consultant and conducting necessary calculations to ensure compliance with Singapore and project requirements;

Participating in communication and technical coordination meetings with clients, architects, consultants, and main contractors, as well as the Green Mark meetings, to solve related technical issues.

If necessary, participating in meetings with government authorities and organizing the submission of relevant documents to the authorities;

Participating in change engineering matters, promptly pointing out engineering changes involved in the drawing process;

Reviewing the materials and drawings provided by the BMS subcontractors.

Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma holder in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Have more than 10 years or dible experiences in ACMV system.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and BIM.
• Independent, diligent, highly motivated with excellent team spirit and cope in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Possesses a professional PE certification in ACMV
