Responsibilities
  • To implement a maintenance regime for site equipment to keep the equipment functioning at the required plant and airside efficiency
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and thereafter organise and carry out the necessary repair works
  • Schedule, plan and assign the monthly duties of the team
  • Conduct skills training to new team members
  • Maintain a high degree of safety standards and create a safety conscious workplace
  • Conduct daily toolbox meetings Customer Service and Management
  • Attend discussions and meetings with building management and tenants
  • Prepare proposals/quotations and routine service reports
  • Attend to and resolve technical faults withing the committed timeline
  • Audit and maintain high consistency of work methods and work quality delivered by the team
