A facilities management company in Singapore is seeking an experienced individual to lead and manage ACMV & BMS maintenance services. The role involves troubleshooting service failures, planning and supervising maintenance works, and acting as the main point of contact for projects. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Facilities Management and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.
Lead and manage ACMV & BMS maintenance services and on-site contractors.
Troubleshoot building service failures and ensure preventive maintenance strategies.
Act as central point of contact for programs/projects, providing updates and recommendations.
Plan, supervise, and organize maintenance works, including minor, corrective, and ad-hoc tasks.
Monitor inventory, spares, documentation, and compliance with licenses/certificates.
Prepare proposals, costing, and monthly maintenance reports.
Standby for emergency fault calls outside office hours.
