Job summary

A leading facilities management company in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to lead and manage ACMV & BMS maintenance services. Job description
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage ACMV & BMS maintenance services and on-site contractors.
  • Troubleshoot building service failures and ensure preventive maintenance strategies.
  • Act as central point of contact for programs/projects, providing updates and recommendations.
  • Plan, supervise, and organize maintenance works, including minor, corrective, and ad-hoc tasks.
  • Monitor inventory, spares, documentation, and compliance with licenses/certificates.
  • Prepare proposals, costing, and monthly maintenance reports.
  • Standby for emergency fault calls outside office hours.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Facilities Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of facilities and equipment maintenance experience or equivalent.
  • Possess strong leadership, supervisory and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands‑on experience in maintenance, repair, and installation of building systems.
  • Proficiency in relevant tools, equipment, and maintenance software; knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and meet deadlines.
